Total DNAs in December – 111

When a patient misses their appointment, it is referred to as a “Did Not Attend” (DNA).

We understand life is busy and things can happen outside your control but reducing missed appointments helps ensure clinical time is used effectively.

In December we had 111 DNAs. Some of these are for Physio Appointments that are between 20 and 40mins long.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please either use the link on the text reminder you will receive 24hrs prior to your appointment or call the surgery to cancel. This then frees up the appointment for another patient.
